Bankwest Place Fitout

Bankwest Place Fitout at Raine Square

VSA are currently playing a key role in managing the integrated fitout of stage 1 (services) of 42,000 square metres and workplace fitout Stage 2 33,000 square metres at Raine Square. This included the provision of suitable risk mitigation and procurement strategies.  VSA were also integral for the direction of the Green Star Fitout.

Key lease/integration/fitout issues required the early preparation of documentation to allow integration to occur and also meet the continual requirements of the Agreement for Lease.  This required effective management of, and communication with, the consultants to ensure delivery by critical dates.  Managing changes to the base building on behalf of the client including a number of complex IT issues which required base build infrastructure to be altered. 

VSA’s project management team has significant experience on projects of a similar nature.  Their experience, supported by their strong knowledge of issues related to general and IT infrastructure integration are proving to be a measurable benefit to the project.

The procurement process adopted allowed flexibility to secure value for money benefits particularly through strategic packaging of the works.
