VSA reviewed the market and identified potential accommodation options to meet a specialised industrial requirement. Our team undertook a three staged process to identify options, prepared cash flow analyses for each option, including acquisition options, to which the client determined a preferred option.
A Request for Tender (RFT) was prepared to enable the proposed developer to confirm ability to Design and Construct the facility at Perth Airport, meeting our client's requirements based on their original rent estimate. VSA assisted in finalising the Agreement for Lease and Lease documentation and was also involved in ensuring the new premises matched the tenant functional requirements in the Agreement for Lease.
