Mario has seventeen years property experience with particular expertise in financing, risk management, advisory and negotiation. His experience has been gained in both public and private sector projects whilst working for Westpac as a Property Risk Manager and over the past eleven years whilst undertaking Property Consultancy.
Mario was instrumental in negotiating the 140 William Street lease transaction (approximately 36,000 square metres) on behalf of the State Government and undertaking advisory assignments for Alcoa, Police and Nurses Credit Society, Allion Legal and others. Mario is currently involved in negotiating the Old Treasury Building (approximately 29,000 square metres plus hotel component).
