Ray has had diverse experience and involvement in the implementation, monitoring and review of integrated building services and systems for large commercial office buildings, as well as, health / medical campus-style facilities.

Prior to emigrating Ray was involved in the Project Management of a large hospital redevelopment in the UK and after settling in Australia he carried out Project Management works for the Department of Health and Water Corporation where he worked on projects such as a new CT scan suite and asbestos identification and removal for Water Corporation sites throughout WA.

More recently he delivered the completion of a new training facility for Rio Tinto and also the completion of a 3,500m2 make good to a large CBD building. Prior to joining VSA Ray was the Associate Director of the Facilities and Project division at Colliers International in Perth.
