Feasibility analysis and business case.

VSA conducted a feasibility review to determine the viability for a developer building a new commercial building above the proposed railway line in the William Street corner of Murray Street Mall.

The proposed building was to incorporate the development of retail, commercial and residential and would encompass a total area of 47,000sqm. With the assistance of this report, State Government announced its decision to proceed with development and also pre-committed approximately 22,000 square metres of the office component.
