VSA was engaged to act as a tenant advocate for Newmont Mining to assist in identifying accommodation options. VSA secured a new tenancy on the basis of a ten year lease agreement at the Colonnade building in Subiaco. The premises required considerable refurbishment to convert it from retail to office use. Favourable lease terms and conditions were negotiated for Newmont Mining.
