VSA was engaged to undertake the disposal of the former Police Headquarters in Bunbury. The site consists of approximately 3,723 sqm with an anticipated sale price of $1.2 to $1.5 million, via the tender process.
Prior to offering the property to the market, the VSA team undertook the necessary clearances to create a freehold title and managed the remediation works of previous fuel tanks. The property exceeded valuation advice and sold for $2.4 million (excluding GST).
