At VSA we evaluate your entire property portfolio and identify highest and best use options, which may involve subdivision and rezoning. This includes identification and management of possible land or building issues and related costs which may detract from obtaining the best sale price.
For State Government owned property, we are familiar with the four options available under the State Government’s property disposal guidelines and will identify whether the disposal is best managed by LandCorp or by the Agency.
It is our job to guide the Agency through the requirements of the Property Asset Clearing House (PACH) and to advise on the best method of sale - public tender, auction or private treaty.
